Terms of Service: 

 

  1. Sparkle Up Workshop may use customers’ before and after treatment photos for promotional use. Full face images will not appear in the photos for privacy purposes, except for professional makeup service.

  2. Customers and members should notify Sparkle Up Workshop of any medical conditions. 

  3. By becoming a member and using our service, you have declared to fully accept the service and treatment results. 

  4. Sparkle Up Workshop artists are responsible for informing customers and members of relevant aftercare procedures.

  5. Customers and members should follow the aftercare procedures for the best results. 

  6. Sparkle Up Workshop is not responsible for any damage to eyelashes or eyebrows in case a customer or member does not follow the aftercare procedures. In this case, touch up services may be charged as usual. 

  7. It is the responsibility of customers and members to remember the expiry date of service packages. Any unused service packages will not be refunded or extended. 

  8. We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, arrange refunds for treatments or products already paid for. 

  9. Sparkle Up Workshop reserves the right to stop or extend any promotion campaigns without prior notice. 

  10. Sparkle Up Workshop may make relevant changes to the above terms of service without prior notice. 

  11. In case of any disputes, Sparkle Up Workshop reserves the right to make the final decision. 

  12. Semi-permanent makeup does not last permanently, touch ups might be required in the future.

  1. How your personal data is collected:Personal data may be obtained from bookings, registrations, member accounts, inquiries and subscriptions for updates. Apart from our website, Sparkle Up Workshop may also have access to these information through SEO and google analytics, and it may include the IP address of visitors. 

  2. What we do with your personal data:Your personal data is mainly used to arrange bookings, send and receive promotion details, as well as member updates and benefits.

  3. Sparkle Up Workshop will NOT, under any circumstances, sell or share any of your personal data with a third party without your consent. 

   4. You personal data is safe with us. Administration staff or artists are strictly forbidden to copy or access to customers’ personal data without permission or use it outside of Sparkle Up Workshop. 

   5. By becoming a member and using our service, it is declared that you understand and agree to our privacy policy.

   6. Sparkle Up Workshop may make relevant changes to the above policy without prior notice.

  2. 顧客及會員應通知Sparkle Up Workshop 你的身體狀況。

  3. 當你選用我們的服務或成為會員，代表你完全接受服務及療程效果。

  4. Sparkle Up Workshop 化妝師會負責跟顧客及會員講解有關護理指示。

  5. 顧客及會員應遵從護理指示以達致最理想效果。

  6. 如任何顧客或會員不遵從護理指示而令眉毛或睫毛損害，Sparkle Up Workshop 將不會承擔有關責任。在這情況下，補色/補植睫毛服務會照正常收費。

  7. 顧客及會員有責任記著已選購的套票到期日。任何已付款未享用而已過期的產品或套票都不會獲安排退款或延期。

  8. 我們在任何情況下都不能為已付款的服務或產品安排退款。

  9. Sparkle Up Workshop 有權暫定或延期任何推廣活動而不作另行通知。

  10. Sparkle Up Workshop 有可能對以上服務條款作出改動而不作另行通知。

  11. 如有任可異議，Sparkle Up Workshop 將保留最終決定權。

  12. 半永久化妝服務不是永久性的紋眉及紋眼線，日後有可能需要安排進行補色。
